My name is Rosalee Mahdi. I’m a recent graduate from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. I’ve studied Foreign Language & International Trade (Russian) + Marketing, making me well-versed in international business and media, with a unique perspective on cross-cultural communication and strategy.
I have a combined 3 years of digital media experience as a student and professional helping brands tell their stories with community-based messaging. I have worked on content strategy and brand development for several university departments, government contractors, and a media agency.
Through my work with Hville Blast, I realized my love for interacting with my community and promoting stories about growth, people and all the things that make a city “tick”. Whether the project calls for writing an article or creating an engaging social video, I’m up to the challenge.
I currently have a home base in Huntsville, AL and Albuquerque, NM. I am available for relocation at any time.
